Marketing homes/real estate sales
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a mortgage broker first and when I purchased my first home, it was a TERRIBLE experience with the agent on the other side. It ended up being dual agency and I didn't know what that meant at the time. We were taken advantage of. Paid full price. Didn't have the luxury of a home inspection to ask for repairs. We are NOT represented. After that I vowed to get my real estate license an help as many people as possible NOT go through what we went though. It ended up being very very costly for us ($16K roof...$8K for HVAC in addition to pluming and electrical issues). I'm better for it!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are very client-centric. It isn't about me and what I want. It's about helping others because through helping others you end up helping yourself. I truly feel that my business helps to create a lifestyle and it's helping people to realize what they "want" and walking them through that process that is so *magical*. There really isn't anything like finding that perfect home or having a ratified contract on the sale of a home so people can move forward with their lives.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are currently in Charlottesville and Richmond. We have plans to expand into all areas of Virginia and eventually nationally and internationally.

What type of payments do you accept?
We don't accept payment except deposits on contracts. Those all need to be cash or a money wire.

Central Virginia.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own the company and I have an administrative staff that assists in the operations.
What are your hours of operation?
9-5 Monday through Friday and with some exceptions on the weekend.
