Interstate 95 heading south - Take Exit #79 (announcing I-64 West to Charlottesville). From 64 West, take Exit #185 (Route 33 East - Staples Mill Road). Notice the exit immediately divides. Bear left onto Staples Mill Road East. Pay close attention to traffic coming onto the road from the right. Hang on and continue straight on Staples Mill, until you reach the 6th traffic light, were you will know to turn right onto Broad Street. Pay attention to getting into the left lane quickly so you can turn left when you reach the next traffic light at Willow Lawn Drive. Proceed through one traffic light at Markel Road. Our Building is on the southwest corner of Fitzhugh and Willow Lawn Drive. You may turn right at Fitzhugh, then left into the first driveway on your left OR pass Fitzhugh turning right into the first driveway after our building off of Willow Lawn Drive.
From west of Richmond (Charlottesville, Holiday Inn Express on Gaskins Road, Parham Road, and Innsbrook)
From Interstate 64 heading east - Take Exit #183 (Route 250 East Broad Street)-stay in left lane Take 2nd ramp to the right (1st right ramp goes to Glenside Drive) to Route 250 East - Broad St. Pay close attention to traffic coming onto the road from the right. When you reach the top of the ramp you will be on Broad Street. Hang on and continue straight on Broad Street until you reach the 7th traffic light, and turn right onto Willow Lawn Drive. Proceed through one traffic light at Markel Road. Our Building is on the southwest corner of Fitzhugh and Willow Lawn Drive. You may turn right at Fitzhugh, then left into the first driveway on your left OR pass Fitzhugh turning right into the first driveway after our building off of Willow Lawn Drive.
From east of Richmond (Airport, Williamsburg, Hampton, Newport News, and Virginia Beach)
From Interstate 64 heading west - Follow 64 West through Richmond, being careful to follow signs "to Charlottesville" when I-64 splits off from I-95. Take Exit #185 (Route 33 East - Staples Mill Road). Notice that the exit immediately divides. Bear left onto Staples Mill Road East. Pay close attention to traffic coming onto the road from the right. Take Exit #185 (Route 33 East - Staples Mill Road). The exit immediately divides. Bear left onto Staples Mill Road East. Pay close attention to traffic coming onto the road from the right. Hang on and continue straight on Staples Mill, until you reach the 6th traffic light, were you will know to turn right onto Broad Street. Study the traffic so you can move over to turn left at the next traffic light onto Willow Lawn Drive. Proceed through one traffic light at Markel Road. Parking: Feel free to park at either end or behind the building. Please notice the spaces marked "RESERVED" which are held for business tenants in the building at 1516 Willow Lawn Drive. Please observe that violators are subject to towing. If you find that all spaces around the building are filled, additional parking is available across the street in the shopping center. You may decide to enter our building through entrances at the east and west sides of the entrance foyer on the ground floor of the building. Please proceed to the reception area on the third floor.
