What is your primary product or service?
Bookkeeping, Accounting, Consulting. Computer set up and training. computer hardware and software installation and training.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Been interested for over 15 years. Im the Owner of the business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I hold an advanced degree in Accounting and currently working on my MBA in Finance and have over 25 years of working with people and solving their computer issues and service issues.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have 1 location, its home based as well as internet based. My clients will be able to go onto my site and get into their individual portals to view and print the work that I have done for them. With being internet based, I can accept clients nationwide as they will be able to view and/or print the completed work via the website.

Only need to come to office would be to pick up paperwork. I will be either personally delivering the finished work or the client can retrieve it from the website.
What type of payments do you accept?
Currently cash/check/money orders. A credit card payment system is going to become available through the website in the near future.

Richmond, VA and surrounding areas.

What are your hours of operation?
By appointment only. Please call and set up a time and place to meet for the initial consultation. Preferably at the potential clients office so I can get a feel for clients business and potential needs and the services that I could best provide to them.
