This law firm (Lawyer "J" ) has been handling a case for me and has had my information for over two years. I was a passenger in a vehicle that was hit. It should not be that difficult of a case. I have provided him ("J") with all the information for the doctors and hospitals I have been seen by. There are two insurance companies that are liable for the claim. However my Lawyer (J) has not been able to make any progress in this case. I have made several calls to this office, left several messages. I spoke to "J" about three weeks ago, at which time he informed me he would be contacting the insurance companies, and he had all the information he needed. As of today (three weeks later) I have not gotten a response. I truly understand that these matters take time, however a phone call would be nice. My son was in an accident where he was hit by a 18-wheeler truck. I contacted "J' about this matter as well, This is an open and shut case. I have yet to hear from their office. I am greatly disappointed in the service I have received from this company, and I am sorry to say I would not recommend them to anyone at this time. Because of this I was forced to hired another firm to handle my sons matter and I am considering what steps I need to take as far as my case is concerned. Signed, Greatly disappointed.
