Statewide representation for lowering the city and county business taxes for Virginia companies which results in four-year tax refunds (usually unanticipated by the company itself).
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Licensed as a Real Estate Broker and trained to challenge commercial real estate assessments. This work lead into the discovery of the availability of tax refunds for Business Professional License Taxes (BPOL), Businesses Personal Property Taxes, and/or Machinery & Tools Taxes.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a one-time project consultant specializing in local municipal taxes only. We do not practice law, nor are we accountants. Our clients continue using their own resources for those professionals, after we have achieved the one-time tax refunds.
