How long have you been in business?
Since February 1992 and as of this writing 22 years supporting the marketing needs of business, education, medical, religious and government organizations in Central VA and across the Commonwealth.
What is your primary product or service?
Our purpose: "We put your logo to work in cost effective ways to help you reach your goals and objective". This means we are a client centered company and strive every day to prove it with suspects, prospects, customers, clients and advocates. We try to create a "Wow!" moment with each of these types of people.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After a 10 year career in clergy position, I looked for other ways to use the skills I had developed in that role. Sales while not something that comes naturally to me, was an obvious good choice. I feel I use the counseling skills developed in seminary and in my first career to hear what my client needs and help them find the right solutions. It can involve an imprinted item or a marketing program on the Internet. We are here to counsel and advise.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I teach marketing classes for small business owners like me. I tell them often what makes you distinctive is not what you offer but how you offer it. How I do business is a commitment to excellence in customer service. See my channel on www.youtube.com for customer testimonials.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Ours is not a retail business. We meet people usually in their place of business or a neutral site. People are busy and usually don't have the timje to come to the Showroom at 7206 Impala but it is available if needed by appointment.
