How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As the owner of Toner Concepts I have been in the office equipment industry since the 80s and have a lot of experience in laser and toner technology.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have been producing the Platinum brand toner cartridges since the early 90's. This product line is being used by not only the small one person offices but also is being used by large corporate purchasing departments and many state agencies. Our Platinum brand toner cartridges come with a 100% money back guarantee. If our product damages any printer or fax machine, we have our own technicians that will repair the unit for free.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only one location which is in the Central Virginia area.
