How long have you been in business?
We've been a family-owned business since our founder, Nathan Fink, opened his first location in 1930. Today, the company is owned and operated by his grandson, Marc.
What is your primary product or service?
We sell fine jewelry from top designers like David Yurman and John Hardy. We also custom design jewelry like engagement rings and anniversary bands. We have a large selection of Swiss-made timepieces from designers like Rolex and Breitling.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our owner, Marc Fink, is the grandson of the founder. Maintaining the experience you get with a family-owned jewelry store is a value that's been passed down for three generations.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have the newest merchandise from the hottest designers like Ritani, Roberto Coin, David Yurman, Rebecca, and more. Our Superior Quality Diamonds all meet the highest standards, giving our customers complete piece of mind. We stand behind all of our merchandise and we offer repair service on jewelry and watches, even if you didn't buy them from us. Our customers love our events, opportunities to preview the newest designs and even meet the designers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 14 locations throughout Virginia and North Carolina. We sell most of our fine designer jewelry, bridal jewelry, and Fink's Exclusive colored gemstone and diamond jewelry online at finks.com, too.
