Legal services in: estate and tax planning, wills, trusts, and probate litigation; representation before the IRS; formation operation, sale, merger and termination of businesses; and all areas of law related to foregoing.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Both named partners initially worked in CPA firms and became interested in tax law.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We work closely with each of our clients to help them meet their goals and solve their legal problems. We maintain good relations with other attorneys who specialize in areas of the law that we do not and to whom we refer our clients with confidence.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are four attorneys in two locations (Richmond and Ashland) and have no plans to expand.
