Owner David Gallagher and David Fratkin both previously worked in the payroll industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Many payroll companies that get to our size focus on the transactional nature of our business. The more transactions the more money. At Dominion Payroll our focus is on the customer. Our platform is as robust and easy-to-use as any competitors however we place a great deal of important and emphasis on maintaining long-term client relationships through high-touch customer service, ongoing client training and a rich community involvement.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are headquartered in Richmond, Va and have regional offices in Charlotte, NC; Nashville, TN; Jackson, MS; Dallas,TX and Tampa, FL.

Our headquarters are at 3200 Rockbridge Street, Suite 300 in Richmond's Scott's Addition. Easily accessible from I-95, I-64, Broad St and the Boulevard.

8:30-5pm, M-Th; 8:30-4pm F.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We have some clients that work with us for years, then get decide to go elsewhere. Many, many come running back when they realize that all of the sizzle and cost savings that their new vendor promised is not coming true and they realize what a great product and service they were getting from DPS.
